Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Jeddah and involves providing specialized nursing care for infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The NICU Staff Nurse will monitor critically ill newborns, perform routine and emergency medical care, administer medications as prescribed, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and educate parents or guardians about newborn care. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in neonatal nursing, including monitoring and caring for critically ill newborns.
• Ability to effectively assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for NICU patients.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining specialized medical equipment used in NICU settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, with a valid nursing license.
• Previous experience in NICU or pediatric acute care is highly desirable.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with ethical standards.
