💼 Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our BurJuman clinic. You will deliver direct patient care, assist dentists during complex procedures, manage clinical environments, and ensure the highest standards of infection control.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Assistance : Comprehensive chairside assitance to dentists during a wide range of clinical treatments.
• Patient Care : Greet, check in, monitor, and provide reassuring support to patients throughout their visit.
• Infection Control : Decontaminate dental instruments and adhere strictly to cross-infection protocols.
• Surgery Management : Open and close surgeries daily, prepare materials, and set up for each patient.
• Administration : Record precise patient notes as dictated by the dentist and manage stock control.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensure : Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Eligibility Letter.
• Skills : High manual dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination, and strong attention to detail.
• Physical Fitness : Good physical health and stamina to manage active clinical shifts.
• Soft Skills : Friendly, sympathetic, confident, and able to connect with diverse patients.
