Occupational Therapist

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve fine motor skills, coordination, strength, and daily living skills.
• Assist patients recovering from injury, illness, or developmental conditions.
• Train patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and use of assistive devices.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with DOH regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies.
• Ensure safe, clean, and effective use of therapy equipment.
