Operating from two centres in Al Barsha and Al Nahda, Dubai, BE offers services such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. Focused on enhancing the quality of life for children and their families, BE tailors treatment programs to meet individual needs.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for an on-site position at our Dubai centres. The Occupational Therapist will work with children to assess their developmental needs and design individualized intervention programs. Responsibilities include providing therapy sessions, tracking progress, collaborating with families and other professionals, and maintaining detailed documentation to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy with a focus on intervention and treatment planning
• Knowledge in Medicine and Rehabilitation, particularly as it applies to developmental and learning differences
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in Pediatrics, with an understanding of childhood developmental milestones and needs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• DHA license is a must
• Passion for working with children and their families to improve quality of life
