Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to assess patients' functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that enhance independence in daily living, work, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional, cognitive, and physical abilities
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid SCFHS license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or hospital setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
