  • We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator / Sales Administration Assistant to support our sales, management, and administration teams.
  • This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, working with numbers, preparing reports, communicating professionally by email, and supporting business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense reporting.
  • Support the sales and marketing team by preparing presentations, conducting market research, and coordinating trade shows.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of strategic plans.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of office administration or administrative support experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, reporting).
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
