Provides administrative and clerical support to the finance team, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth office operations, and assistance with basic financial tasks.
- Assist in maintaining financial records, files, and documentation
- Handle data entry for invoices, expenses, and payments
- Organize and file receipts, vouchers, and financial documents
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets as required
- Assist in invoice processing and follow-up on payments
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Ensure confidentiality of financial information
High school diploma or equivalent
