Operation Room Nurse (OR) – Female

About the Role:
We Care Medical Services is seeking a qualified and experienced Operation Room Nurse (Female) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of care in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room with necessary equipment and sterile supplies.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operating Room (OR).
• Arabic speakers preferred.
• Valid DHP License + NOC to Transfer / Eligible for License.
• Family Sponsorship candidates preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
