Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh involves supporting and improving daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality in the delivery of home healthcare services. The Operations Specialist will coordinate with various teams, monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, manage projects, and ensure compliance with company standards. Collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders will be key in meeting patient care goals and maintaining excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations Management and Project Management to optimize processes and oversee multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Communication and Sales to effectively interact with team members, partners, and patients while supporting business growth.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating operational performance and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic healthcare challenges.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
