We are looking for a skilled and experienced Optometrist with strong expertise in LASIK and refractive surgery assessment to join our ophthalmology team. The ideal candidate will be confident in pre-operative evaluation, patient counselling, post-operative care, and managing refractive cases with high accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for LASIK eligibility.
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments.
• Provide patient counselling and education on refractive surgery options.
• Assist surgeons and coordinate refractive surgery workflow.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high clinical standards.
• Diagnose, manage and refer ocular conditions when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an Optometrist.
• Hands-on experience in LASIK, SMILE, or other refractive surgery procedures.
• Valid license to practice in the UAE MOH (or eligibility letter).
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
