OR Technician / Technologist

• Set up the operating theatre in preparation for surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and the wider surgical team during operations
• Undertake responsibilities as a scrub, circulating, or recovery nurse when required
• Uphold strict aseptic practices and infection control standards
• Prepare, inspect, and manage surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Deliver pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to patients
• Observe and monitor patient vital signs, reporting any changes without delay
• Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation and surgical records
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Assist in emergency situations and participate in on-call duties as needed
