OT Manager require in Dubai hospital

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Theater (OT) Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our surgical services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in operation theater management within an acute care or tertiary hospital and a proven ability to maintain the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

The candidate must have experience supporting hospital inspections and accreditation processes, including:

• Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
• Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP)
• Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH)
• Joint Commission International (JCI)
• Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) standards
• Occupational Health & Safety requirements
• Healthcare quality and patient safety audits
• Manage the day-to-day operations of all operating rooms and surgical services.
• Ensure efficient scheduling and utilization of operating theaters.
• Lead, supervise, and develop OT nursing and support staff.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing departments, and hospital management.
• Monitor patient safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure availability and proper management of surgical instruments, equipment, and medical supplies.
• Develop and implement OT policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.
• Monitor departmental budgets, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Investigate clinical incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead continuous quality improvement and performance management initiatives.
