Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Otolaryngologist (ENT Doctor) to join our medical team. As an Otolaryngologist, you will diagnose and treat disorders related to the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both medical and surgical treatments for ENT conditions, ensuring high-quality care for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients presenting with ENT concerns, including ear infections, sinusitis, tonsillitis, and more complex conditions such as tumors or deformities.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as endoscopies, hearing tests, and imaging studies to accurately diagnose conditions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that may include medication, surgery, or therapy based on the patient’s condition and medical history.
• Perform surgical procedures, including but not limited to tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, tympanoplasties, and neck dissections, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Monitor post-operative progress and provide ongoing care to ensure recovery and healing are progressing as expected.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about ENT conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote long-term health and well-being.
• Stay updated on advancements in ENT treatments, surgical techniques, and medical research to provide the most effective and innovative care possible.

Competency

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree of Medicine.
• Must have a QCHP license as an Otolaryngologist with approved privileges.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of total experience, 3 years as a Otolaryngologist.
• Excellent attention to detail during consultations with patients and reviewing medical records.
• Strong interpersonal skills within the medical team and also with patients.
• Strong clinical diagnostic skills and communications.
