Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Paediatrician to join our healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi on a revenue-sharing basis. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents while delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses in infants, children, and adolescents.
• Conduct routine health check-ups, developmental assessments, and preventive care.
• Monitor growth and developmental milestones and provide appropriate guidance to parents.
• Administer vaccinations and ensure compliance with immunization schedules.
• Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, infections, allergies, and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide emergency medical care and stabilize critically ill pediatric patients when required.
• Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, growth, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with DOH regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in paediatric medicine.

Requirements

• MBBS with MD/DNB or equivalent specialization in Paediatrics.
• Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.

Compensation

• Revenue Sharing Model (No Fixed Salary).
