Position : Paramedic (DOH Licensed) – Abu Dhabi

We are currently recruiting a qualified and experienced Paramedic to join our emergency medical services team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

License Requirement: Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) License as a Paramedic

Role Summary

The Paramedic will be responsible for delivering high-quality pre-hospital emergency care, ensuring timely and effective medical intervention, and safe patient transportation in accordance with established clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emergency medical calls and provide advanced pre-hospital care
Conduct accurate patient assessment and initiate appropriate treatment protocols
Perform life-saving procedures in line with DOH guidelines and clinical best practices
Ensure safe and efficient patient transfer to healthcare facilities
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and incident reports
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare and emergency response teams

Requirements

Valid DOH license as a Paramedic (mandatory)
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in emergency medical services or ambulance operations
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in high-acuity environments
Flexibility to work in shift-based and emergency duty schedules
