We are a fast-growing aesthetic & dermatology clinic in Dubai seeking a highly organized and persuasive Lead Follow-Up Specialist to manage incoming leads and convert them into booked appointments.

This role is fully remote & part-time.
Arabic language fluency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily incoming leads using our tracking sheet
• Follow up with potential clients via WhatsApp and phone calls
• Professionally handle inquiries and objections
• Convert leads into confirmed clinic bookings
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules
• Coordinate closely with the clinic management team

Requirements (Strict)

• Previous experience in a beauty / aesthetic clinic is mandatory
• Experience in lead follow-up, call center, or reception required
• Fluent Arabic & strong English communication
• Excellent persuasion & communication skills
• Highly organized and reliable
• Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
