We're Hiring – Patient Relations & Business Development Executive (Female)

Location: Dr. Khoulood Almahmoud Dermatology Specialized Center

We are looking for a highly motivated Arabic-speaking female to join our team and help grow our clinic by attracting new patients, building strong relationships, and increasing daily appointments.

Requirements:

• Female candidate.

• Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage).

• Excellent communication and sales skills.

• Experience in medical, dermatology, aesthetics, or customer service is preferred.

• Confident, energetic, and results-driven.

• Strong follow-up and patient relationship skills.

• Able to achieve monthly targets and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attract new patients and increase daily bookings.

• Follow up with inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Convert leads into confirmed appointments.

• Build long-term relationships with patients and encourage repeat visits.

• Promote clinic services, treatment packages, and special offers.

• Coordinate with the reception and medical team to ensure an excellent patient experience.

• Maintain accurate records of leads and booking performance.
