Job Title: Patient Relationship Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm, empathetic, and service-driven Patient Relationship Executive to support and manage customer communication primarily over the phone. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience by facilitating appointment bookings, addressing inquiries, and maintaining clear, supportive communication throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecalling or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, conduct follow-ups, and gather feedback post-service.
  • Manage inbound calls and respond to queries regarding services, availability, procedures, and protocols.
  • Educate customers about available services, offerings, and solutions.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and call outcomes using internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and coordination.
  • Send appointment reminders, payment follow-ups, and updates via call, SMS, or email.
  • Handle concerns or complaints with empathy and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks related to customer handling, call logs, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or coordination roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric and polite approach.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM or appointment scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.

Additional Details

  • Experience Required: 1–2+ years in Telecalling / Customer Support
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline)
  • Joining: Immediate joiners will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
