Payroll- Senior Officer

Description Job Purpose: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, manage employee attendance and handle payroll-related inquiries, contributing to smooth payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Processes monthly payroll and off-cycle payments accurately and on time.
• Manages employee attendance and leaves records.
• Handles benefits change and accurately reflect them in the payroll system.
• Archives all payroll records and ensures compliance with organizational policies.
• Responds to employee inquiries related to payroll, attendance and leave.
• Reviews and updates of newly hired staff benefit in the system.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job

• Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.

Requirements Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good understanding of payroll processes and labor laws.

Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll or a similar role.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Language Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
