Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric Physiotherapist.
• Strong background in developmental milestones, sensory integration, and play-based intervention.
• Dedication to providing ethical, child-centered, and culturally sensitive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental and functional assessments for children with diverse needs.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and school readiness.
• Educate and guide families, caregivers, and teachers on therapy strategies and home programs.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for each child.
• Maintain detailed documentation and track progress using measurable goals.

• Strong communication and rapport-building with children and families.
• Creative, play-based therapy approach tailored to each child's interests.
• Team collaboration and adaptability.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and documentation skills.

Education

• Valid DOH License (Female Physiotherapist ).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Specialized training in pediatrics, sensory integration, or neurodevelopmental approaches is a plus.
