Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
• Conduct regular physical cycle counts and reconcile with system records.
• Monitor product shelf-life and expiry and follow FEFO procedures.
• Identify procurement needs based on inventory thresholds and sales forecasts.
• Communicate with suppliers for orders, shipments, and price negotiations.
• Maintain vendor databases and evaluate supplier performance
• Simple financial coordination, processing and managing debit and credit notes for returns, price discrepancies, or damaged and expired goods
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector
• Experience in inventory control and basic purchasing processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including VLOOKUP and dashboards
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, Odoo, or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Candidate must be currently residing in Qatar
