Procurement Manager (Building Materials)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with strong expertise in building materials to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will manage the entire procurement cycle — from supplier identification and negotiation to timely material delivery — ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality for all ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for building materials and construction-related products.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers locally and internationally.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor market trends, material prices, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with project, finance, and operations teams to ensure material availability and cost control.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within the building materials or construction sector (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
