Project Supervisor (Fleet & Delivery Management)

Job Overview

The Project Supervisor – Fleet Operations / Delivery Management is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of last-mile delivery operations for hospital orders. This role manages day-to-day delivery activities, coordinates closely with hospital stakeholders, and supervises delivery execution to ensure service quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time performance in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement across delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily last-mile delivery operations for hospital and healthcare-related orders.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact between MPC and hospital teams, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
• Ensure all deliveries are executed in accordance with agreed SLAs, timelines, quality benchmarks, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with call center teams, pharmacy hubs, dispatch teams, and drivers to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery.
• Monitor delivery performance, including delays, incidents, and escalations, and take corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare delivery regulations, patient confidentiality requirements, and internal company SOPs.
• Track KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present daily and weekly operational reports highlighting performance results, challenges, root causes, and improvement initiatives.
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, delivery accuracy, and customer/patient experience.
• Provide on-ground supervision and guidance to delivery teams to ensure adherence to processes and service standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration.
• 5 years Experience in operations or last-mile delivery management, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, or logistics environments.
• Proven experience managing delivery teams, drivers, or field-based operations.
• Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical delivery operations is a strong advantage.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive, high-volume operations.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
