Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychiatric Therapist based in Abu Dhabi. The Psychiatric Therapist will provide psychological assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and conduct therapy sessions for patients. They will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to mental health care, maintain detailed patient records, and provide support to patients dealing with emotional, behavioral, or mental challenges.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and developing tailored treatment plans
• Strong skills in therapy, counseling, and patient support
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated care
• Knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic interventions, and psychology practices
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills
• Holds relevant qualifications such as a degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensure or certification as required by UAE health authorities
• Fluency in English & Arabic is essential, and additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are a plus
• Experience in a clinical or hospital environment is advantageous
• with Active DOH license
• with Own Visa / Own Residency
• with UAE experienced is a plus
• at least 6 to 8 years working experienced as Psychiatric Therapist
