Job Title: Purchaser – Healthcare / Medical

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Purchaser to manage medical and general procurement activities. The ideal candidate must have healthcare purchasing experience and strong knowledge of supplier coordination, cost control, and inventory planning within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchasing of medical consumables, equipment, and clinic supplies
• Source and evaluate suppliers (local and international)
• Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with store and accounts departments
• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2years of experience in healthcare/medical purchasing
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of medical products and regulatory requirements
• Good Excel knowledge
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
