We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our medical center. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker, experienced in handling patients with professionalism, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Verify patient eligibility with different insurance companies
  • Handle front desk operations and patient inquiries
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the system
  • Ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic
  • Handle calls, emails, and front desk communications

Requirements

  • Arabic speaker (mandatory)
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in a medical center
  • Ability to verify insurance eligibility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Must have valid UAE visa

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Concept Software
  • Experience in PT (Physiotherapy) patient registration
  • Familiarity with UAE insurance systems
  • Immediate availability

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
