Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients courteously upon arrival and guide them through the registration process.
  • Handle customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email in a professional manner.
  • Manage client appointments and ensure smooth flow between reception and medical departments.
  • Maintain and update client information accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of visa medical tests.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS and internal safety standards.
  • Support administrative tasks such as billing, document scanning, and record keeping.
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain a high standard of client service at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a reception, customer service, or front office role.
  • Previous experience in EHS-registered or government-affiliated medical centres is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance and positive, client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
