Job Description: Medical Receptionist

Role Objective

We are seeking a professional, organized, and welcoming Female Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clinic in Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will manage patient flow, handle administrative tasks, and oversee financial transactions with high accuracy and a patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and maintain a professional and clean reception area.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently manage doctor schedules, book appointments via phone/WhatsApp/Email, and handle follow-up reminders.
• Clinic System Management: Input and update patient data accurately using the Clinic Management System (CMS) and maintain electronic medical records.
• Financial Handling (Cashier): Process payments (Cash/Card), issue official invoices, manage the daily cash float, and prepare daily financial reports.
• Insurance Coordination: Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations (if applicable).
• Patient Communication: Provide clear information regarding clinic services, pricing, and policies in both English and Arabic.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist or Cashier within a clinic or hospital in the UAE.
• Residency: Must currently reside in the UAE with a valid residency visa.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Medical Clinic Software and MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor under pressure.
• Location: Ability to commute to Jumeirah, Dubai.
