Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist at Quttainah Specialized Hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Receptionist will handle day-to-day administrative and clerical responsibilities, including managing front desk duties, answering calls, and maintaining schedules. The position involves greeting and assisting patients, ensuring excellent customer service, and upholding a professional and friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and administrative tasks
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with patients and staff
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience
• Basic Clerical Skills, including maintaining schedules, organizing documents, and handling correspondence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide effective support
• Proficient in the use of office equipment and relevant software systems
• Prior experience in a healthcare or medical setting is must.

Salary Range :- 5000 AED to 6000 AED
