We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Receptionist with Sales Experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with a professional, friendly attitude, ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries.
• Assist in promoting and selling clinic services and products.
• Maintain an organized reception area and ensure the office runs smoothly.
• Manage patient intake and coordinate client information efficiently.
• Upsell and cross-sell aesthetic services and treatments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, promotions, and new products.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist experience, preferably in a wellness, beauty, or medical setting.
• Proven sales experience with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (both spoken and written) are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and wellness products is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
