Role Description

The Receptionist (Russian Speaker) is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing front-desk activities, including greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, answering incoming calls, and providing outstanding customer service. The Receptionist will ensure smooth communication between the front office and other departments, while performing clerical tasks such as filing, record management, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to provide a professional and courteous experience at the front desk
• Proven strength in Clerical Skills, including accurate filing, appointment scheduling, and records management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
• Fluency in Russian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multi-task responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent
