The opportunity

As Regional Clinical Operations Director, you will be the executive owner of clinical, operational, regulatory and patient experience performance across Abu Dhabi, Dubai (×2), Al Ain and Saudi Arabia. You'll translate group strategy into a coherent regional operating plan, embed IVI RMA Global standards in every clinic, and lead the people, processes and partnerships that define exemplary patient care.

This is a high-visibility executive role reporting directly to the Regional CEO and Regional Medical Director.

What you'll lead

• Multi-site clinical operations across clinics in the UAE and KSA
• Region-wide quality assurance, JCI accreditation and regulatory compliance (DOH, DHA, MOH, CBAHI)
• Participates in Business Planning and is a key stakeholder in ensuring targets are met
• Patient experience, complaints resolution and continuous-readiness culture
• Patient acquisition, conversion and retention strategy
• Marketing oversight from a clinical and regulatory lens
• KPI design, Board-level reporting and data-driven decision-making
• Policy development, change management and clinical risk governance
• Senior team leadership

What you'll bring

• Minimum 12 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years at multi-site or group level
• Demonstrable experience in reproductive medicine, IVF or a closely related high-acuity speciality
• Proven track record working with GCC regulators (DOH Abu Dhabi, DHA Dubai, Saudi MOH / CBAHI)
• Direct experience leading or substantially contributing to JCI accreditation (strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Sciences or Business Administration; Master's (MBA / MHA / MPH) strongly preferred; clinical qualification an advantage
• Familiarity with ESHRE, ASRM, HFEA and WHO standards in reproductive medicine
• Self-Motivated and entrepreneurial
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UAE and KSA
