Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team at CareLink Home Health Care Center. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes. This role involves developing personalized care plans, performing clinical assessments, and delivering treatments to improve patients' health outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care and Clinical Services:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical, psychological, and social needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
• Care Planning and Coordination:
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other care providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Schedule and manage follow-up visits as required.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Ensure all nursing activities comply with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Quality Assurance and Professional Development:
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training programs.
• Stay current with best practices in home health care nursing.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in UAE.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in home health care or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of home health care regulations and standards.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel to patients’ homes and provide hands-on care.
• Capability to lift or assist patients during mobility and care activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Experience:

• nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

• Eligibility letter or DHA (Preferred)
• DHA License (Preferred)
