Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health care team. The ideal candidate will provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer prescribed medications and treatments at home.
• Monitor patient conditions, record observations, and report any changes to the physician or supervisor.
• Support patients and family members with education on disease management, wound care, and medication use.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
• Ensure compassionate and respectful communication with patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing (BSN or equivalent).
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to patient homes.
