Sales and Marketing Specialist

reSTART is hiring a SALES AND MARKETING SPECIALIST (Part-Time / Freelance)

This role focuses on hands-on execution of marketing and sales creatives, supporting lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. You will work closely with the strategy lead while owning day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and testing marketing creatives (static, video, copy)
• Supporting paid campaigns through creative execution and iteration
• Managing website content and basic updates
• Supporting partnerships and referral initiatives
• Providing clear reporting on creatives and sales performance

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on mindset
• Experience with ads creatives (not only organic)
• Understanding of sales funnels and conversion
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

The role may expand based on performance and initiative
