Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving business growth for PHI FIT by establishing strategic partnerships, managing direct-to-consumer subscriptions, and collaborating on promotional activities. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and ensuring a steady growth in our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and close B2B deals with high-value institutions, including clinics, gyms, cafés, shops, and universities, to introduce PHI FIT meal solutions as a wellness partner.
- Conduct continuous market study and competitor analysis to keep PHI FIT's offerings and sales strategies current and competitive.
- Drive and manage the acquisition of individual monthly subscriptions for PHI FIT's diet box and meal prep services.
- Execute targeted sales outreach campaigns, including sending SMS and WhatsApp messages to potential and existing clients to promote our services, offers, and dietary plans.
- Work closely and efficiently with the Marketing Team to develop, implement, and track promotional strategies and campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
- Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports on market trends and sales pipeline status.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a sales or coordination role, preferably within the FMCG, Wellness, Health, or Food & Beverage sectors.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities, especially in a B2B context.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with direct marketing tools (SMS, WhatsApp) for sales outreach.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
