Sales & Marketing Executive (Female Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote medical centers, clinics, and healthcare services.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance partners, and referral sources.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through field visits, campaigns, and digital promotions.
• Plan, organize, and participate in healthcare events, wellness programs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns in coordination with the media team.
• Track and report marketing metrics, ROI, and patient acquisition trends.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing or hospital/clinic business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media outreach.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
