Sales Product Specialist – Wound Care / IVF / Respiratory

About the Role

AMMT is seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist – Wound Care / IVF / Respiratory to drive sales growth and provide clinical support for the assigned product category across the UAE healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting specialized medical products, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering product expertise and clinical support to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and grow the assigned product portfolio (Wound Care, IVF/Fertility, or Respiratory) across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions in the UAE.
• Provide clinical support, product demonstrations, and hands-on training to healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clinicians, and healthcare providers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads to expand the customer base.
• Support product evaluations, clinical trials, and tender submissions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to increase product awareness and adoption.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, negotiate commercial opportunities, and support the sales process.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts using CRM and ERP systems.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business development objectives.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Nursing background is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in medical device sales or product specialization.
• Current or previous experience in at least one of the following product categories:

Wound Care

IVF / Fertility

Respiratory Care

• Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to conduct product demonstrations and training.
• Existing relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts within the UAE healthcare sector.
• Strong business development, customer relationship management, and account management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, CRM, and ERP systems (Preferably Oracle NetSuite).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email communication with internal and external stakeholders. Arabic will be considered an added advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license with own car is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international principals and medical device manufacturers.
• Established relationships with hospitals, healthcare groups, government entities, and Key  Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare procurement processes, tenders, and product evaluations.
• Experience supporting product trials, clinical evaluations, and tender projects.
