Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500

Job Description

We are looking for a Sea Freight Forwarding Executive to manage end-to-end export and import sea freight operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating with shipping lines, NVOCCs, transporters, and clearing agents, with strong knowledge of Dubai trade procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle export enquiries with main liners and NVOCCs based on the shipment sector.
• Plan and arrange shipments according to vessel schedules and customer requirements.
• Prepare and process Bills of Entry (BOE), TLUC, and THC for Dubai trade.
• Prepare Bills of Lading (BL) and all related shipping and export documentation.
• Coordinate with transporters for container placement, pickup, and delivery.
• Handle import shipment clearance and coordinate with clearing agents and port authorities.
• Liaise with shipping lines, customers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company SOPs.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sea freight forwarding (export & import).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai trade procedures and port operations.
• Experience working with main liners and NVOCCs.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
