We are looking for a professional and highly organized Secretary for the Nursing Director to join our team.

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Nursing Director
• Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
• Prepare reports, memos, and presentations
• Coordinate department communications and documentation
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

🔸 Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role (Healthcare experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
