Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Entry Operator to support the accounting team by managing financial data, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with documentation required for financial reporting and audits. The role requires strong attention to detail and experience working with invoices and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain financial data including invoices, purchase orders, and payment records
• Review financial documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized digital records of invoices, receipts, and accounting documents
• Support the accounting team with audit preparation and document organization
• Reconcile entered data with accounting records when required
• Assist in generating basic financial reports and summaries
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of financial information

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data entry, accounting support, or finance administration
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and financial data management
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial records
• Basic understanding of invoices, payments, and accounting documentation
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
