A leading Medical Center in Qatar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and corporate clients.
• Promote the medical center's services and healthcare solutions to existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Represent the medical center at meetings, conferences, and healthcare events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid Qatari Driving License is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: QAR3,681.44 - QAR11,100.68 per month
