Role Description The Senior Physical Therapist is a part-time remote role responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services through virtual care. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating patient conditions, developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans, and providing guidance on therapeutic exercises, pain management, and functional mobility. The role involves coordinating rehabilitation goals, monitoring patient progress, and documenting care in alignment with clinical standards and organizational protocols. The Senior Physical Therapist collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team, contributes to clinical best practices, and supports continuous improvement of digital therapy pathways. This position requires comfort with technology and telehealth platforms to ensure safe, effective, and accessible patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in a virtual care setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation, including developing and managing individualized treatment plans for diverse conditions.
• Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Experience providing Home Care or remote care services, including telehealth assessments and follow-up support.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; current, valid licensure in relevant jurisdictions.
• Prior experience in a senior, lead, or supervisory physical therapy role, preferably in digital health or telemedicine environments.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and virtual care platforms; comfortable adapting to new digital tools and workflows.
• Ability to work independently, manage a part-time caseload, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across regions.
