Job Summary

First Gas is seeking an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead and deliver complex Oil & Gas projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring strong Aramco project exposure, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing EPC, construction, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with Aramco standards, schedules, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to handover in line with Aramco and Oil & Gas standards
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, and risk across multiple workstreams
• Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and reporting requirements
• Oversee EPC contractors and site teams, ensuring milestones are met
• Review and approve project plans, schedules, budgets, and change orders
• Drive risk mitigation, claims management, and contractual compliance
• Prepare executive-level progress reports and present to senior management
• Mentor project managers and engineers to strengthen delivery capability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)
• Extensive experience on Saudi Aramco projects (mandatory)
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas project management
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, construction management, and commissioning
• Proven leadership of large, multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong understanding of HSE, quality, and Aramco compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
• PMP or equivalent certification is a strong advantage
