Senior Quality Manager required in a surgery hospital in Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with a proven background in cosmetic clinics and medical hospitals.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare quality management, preferably in cosmetic and medical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH/ADHICS) standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience in preparing healthcare facilities for DHA/DoH inspections and regulatory audits.
• Hands-on experience with JCI (Joint Commission International) and/or ISO accreditation, including implementation and maintenance of accreditation standards.
• Ability to develop, review, update, and implement healthcare policies, procedures, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all policies and procedures comply with the latest healthcare regulations and international best practices.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, quality improvement initiatives, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor patient safety, infection control, incident reporting, and quality indicators.
• Keep the organization updated with the latest healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, documentation, and training skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetic surgery hospitals or aesthetic medical centers.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and accreditation processes.
• Relevant certifications in Quality Management, JCI, ISO, or Healthcare Accreditation are an advantage.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
