Senior Service Advisor

We are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Service Advisor cum Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling premium multibrand vehicles while also overseeing service operations and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service experience
• Handle vehicle intake, diagnosis discussion, and job card preparation
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
• Manage customer approvals, estimates, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio, ensuring repeat business and long-term relationships
• Supervise daily workshop activities and ensure smooth workflow and productivity
• Ensure quality control and final inspection before vehicle delivery
• Address customer concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Understand and contribute to the overall performance and profitability of the service center

Requirements

• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in a premium multibrand automotive workshop
• Strong technical knowledge of luxury and high-end vehicles
• Experience in handling approvals, quotations, and customer negotiations
• Ability to manage both operational and customer-facing responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build client relationships and manage portfolios
• Leadership mindset with the ability to supervise and guide a team

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
