Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Riyadh for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and young people. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, documenting patient progress, and providing support and education to patients' families.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy practices, including assessment and therapeutic interventions
• Expertise in diagnosing and treating Speech, Communication Disorders, and Language Disorders
• Experience in managing patients with Dysphagia and associated conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Relevant professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy; master's degree is preferred
• Valid certification or registration with a recognized governing body such as HCPC or SCHS
• Clinical leadership or mentoring experience is an asset
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
