Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Staff Nurse at Aster DM Healthcare, located in Manama. The Senior Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring adherence to proper healthcare protocols. The role includes coordinating with other healthcare professionals, educating patients and families, maintaining accurate medical records, and mentoring junior nursing staff. The position requires adherence to Aster DM Healthcare’s commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in patient assessment, care planning, and medical treatment
• Proficiency in administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and managing healthcare equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• Leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior nursing staff
• Experience with clinical standards, healthcare regulations, and patient advocacy
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required; a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is highly preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
