Job Description Summary

The Senior Strategic AND Business Development Specialist plays a crucial role in organizational business strategies at JHAH .- which includes but is not limited to: identifying enterprise.-wide creative solutions to improve business lines, providing ground.-breaking knowledge of business administration and finance analysis; and working closely with senior management to drive key decisions surrounding costs optimization and/or revenue generation in all aspects .- in order to enhance the expansion and sustainability of JHAH as an organization.

Monitor the implementation of groundbreaking strategic plans assess their effectiveness identify areas for improvement develop strategic solutions and provide high level recommendations
Prepare moderately critical reports and presentations for senior management to support decision making
Collaborating with key internal andor external contAct for purpose of enhancing JHAHs strategic initiatives
Provide adhoc support for less senior colleagues by providing work direction and mentoring as needed

Minimum Education Required

Master in business administration, information technology, financial management, health statistics, engineering, or closely related field is required.

Professional Certifications Required

Years of Experience

.-Minimum 12.-15 years in related activities. .-Experience in healthcare is desirable.
