The Role

While you will support our overall digital presence, your primary focus will be the end-to-end creation of high-impact short-form video content (Reels and TikToks) that showcases our artistry and innovation in aesthetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Video Production: Independently film and edit high-quality, engaging Reels and TikToks that showcase our treatments and natural results.
• Social Media Management: Plan and schedule a consistent content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Content Creation: Design and curate eye-catching static posts, carousels, and graphics that align with our luxury brand aesthetic.
• Trend Execution: Stay ahead of social media trends and aesthetic industry movements to ensure our content remains innovative.
• Website Support: Keep the website updated by refreshing photos and text, ensuring pages load quickly, and maintaining our visibility in Google searches.
• Campaign Support: Assist with creative assets (video and static) for paid advertising on Meta and TikTok.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on social engagement and growth to optimize future content.
• Influencer & Talent Direction: Manage influencer collaborations, including directing on-site content shoots and managing partnerships.

Requirements

• Expert Video & Design Skills: Proven ability to film and edit professional-grade short-form video and design polished static imagery.
• Experience: 2+ years in social media or digital marketing, ideally within a creative agency or the luxury beauty/aesthetic sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with basic website updates is a plus.
• Creative Direction: Strong storytelling, copywriting, and a sharp visual eye for high-end aesthetic branding.
• Personality: Highly proactive, organized, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
